Pittsburgh CLO receives state arts funding support through a grant from the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts, a state agency funded by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the National Endowment for the Arts, a federal agency. The COVID-19 NEA Grants to the Arts are provided through the federal Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act.
The Allegheny Regional Asset District (RAD), a county agency created to support and finance regional assets, including libraries, parks, cultural groups, sports and civic facilities, and to distribute tax relief to the 128 municipalities of Allegheny County.
Community Infrastructure and Tourism Fund (CITF) grants allow Pittsburgh CLO as well as municipalities, authorities, councils of government (COGs), and others, to carry out important infrastructure-related projects, or, for the acquisition and development of key sites for future use.
Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development COVID-19 Cultural and Museum Preservation Grant Program offers financial support to cultural organizations and museums that were negatively impacted by closures resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Small Business Administration Shuttered Venue Operators Grant Program contributes emergency assistance to venues that experienced hardships during COVID-19.
