Q: How do I know what seats are available?

A: Although we seat our renewing CLO Season Ticket Buyers first, we then seat our new Season Ticket Buyers immediately afterward, in date-received order. That’s why it is important for you to give us your first and second choices of seating location when placing your order. Then our Ticket Department will contact you to fulfill your request with the best seats available for the package you’ve ordered.

Q: What if I can’t attend the particular performance my Season Tickets are for?

A: That’s one of the many terrific privileges offered only to our CLO Season Ticket Buyers! You may exchange your tickets for another performance of the same show...no problem! Simply log into your account HERE and select "Exchange Tickets" on the left hand side of your screen, or give us a call at 412-281-2822.

Q: What is Season Ticket Standby?

A: CLO is proud to offer another benefit with your Season Ticket Package. We call it Season Ticket Standby. If you miss a CLO show, you can go to the Benedum Center Box Office one-half hour before another performance (of that same show) and exchange your unused season tickets for best available seating. (Available for CLO-produced shows only.)

Q: When will I receive my tickets?

A: Your tickets will arrive in the mail in the early Spring.

Q: Can I give CLO Season Tickets as a gift?

A: You sure can! There’s no better way to say “Happy Anniversary!” “Happy Birthday!” “Happy Mother or Father’s Day!” or “Surprise!” than to give a Season Ticket Package to CLO’s Summer Season! And CLO Season Ticket holders receive the greatest benefits! Give us a call at 412-456-6666 to purchase a Gift Certificate in any amount which can be used to purchase a CLO Subscription.
